Consultant / Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for team sales target, as assigned by the company
- Set expectations and targets with team, to achieve goal together
- Guiding and monitoring team to achieve their sales target
- Ensuring that excellent customer service is provided by team
- Recommend services and products to customers
- Assisting branch manager in daily branch operation, as and when needed
Requirements:
- Sales driven, Independent and Self-motivated
- Strong communication skill, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Responsible and positive attitude
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- Believe in leading by example
- Solution driven and task orientated
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin will be an advantage

- Attractive salary package (Basic + Commission + Allowance + Incentive)
