Customer Service

Responsibilities:
  • To attend to all incoming calls, general enquiries, and walk-in customers
  • Outlet administration & operation duties
  • Manage POS system, cash register & data entries
  • Great & welcome customers’, following protocol in receiving and recording customers’ particulars
  • Follow-up calls to both new and existing customers
  • Manage bookings for services / treatments
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
  • Min 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
  • Target driven and customer service oriented
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Basic Microsoft office knowledge
  • Good interpersonal / communication skill, initiative and dynamic personality
  • Detailed, independent & able to multi-task
  • Candidates from other industry (passion in beauty) are welcome, as training will be provided
  • Singaporean / SPR preferred
