
Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- To attend to all incoming calls, general enquiries, and walk-in customers
- Outlet administration & operation duties
- Manage POS system, cash register & data entries
- Great & welcome customers’, following protocol in receiving and recording customers’ particulars
- Follow-up calls to both new and existing customers
- Manage bookings for services / treatments
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Min 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
- Target driven and customer service oriented
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Basic Microsoft office knowledge
- Good interpersonal / communication skill, initiative and dynamic personality
- Detailed, independent & able to multi-task
- Candidates from other industry (passion in beauty) are welcome, as training will be provided
- Singaporean / SPR preferred
